Power Platform training for corporate teams: how it works
We deliver our catalog privately to your team: live, online, taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers using official Microsoft courseware where it exists. Private delivery means your data scenarios, your governance questions, and your pace, without strangers in the (virtual) room.
Three formats, smallest to largest:
- Readiness workshop (half day to one day). A “Power Platform in a day” style session for a team deciding what to build first: the platform tour, two hands-on builds, and a candid discussion of governance basics.
- Role-based team training (days to weeks). Private delivery of a catalog course, below, scheduled around your team’s calendar, with exercises adapted to your scenarios.
- Adoption program (about 90 days). Training plus the rest: champion selection, training waves, governance setup, and a center-of-excellence starting point. Training teaches people; the program changes how the organization builds.
Start where your team is. Most engagements begin with the workshop or a single team course and grow from there.
Copilot training for employees
The fastest-growing corporate training topic is not Power Apps; it is Copilot. Companies that rolled out Copilot seats are discovering the difference between owning licenses and getting value from them. The pattern shows up clearly in industry data: in the legal sector, a survey by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) found 68% of firms own Copilot while only around 8% have fully deployed it. Legal is unlikely to be unique here.
Microsoft built official courseware for exactly this: MS-4004, “Empower your workforce with Microsoft 365 Copilot Use Cases”. Training partners list MS-4004 at around $495 per seat for public sessions. A note on certifications, because corporate training plans often anchor to them. Per Microsoft’s retired certifications list:
- Retired or retiring: MS-900, MB-910, and MB-920 are gone; PL-500 and PL-600 retire June 30, 2026; PL-200 retires August 31, 2026.

How much does corporate Power Platform training cost?
Private cohorts are quoted by team size, course, and format, so ask for a quote. For a public market reference: Microsoft’s official Copilot course for employees (MS-4004) lists at around $495 per seat through training partners, and private delivery is typically priced per cohort rather than per seat.
Does training include Microsoft licenses?
No. Power Apps and Power Automate basics run on the licenses most Microsoft 365 plans already include; hands-on Copilot work (MS-4004) requires your organization’s own Microsoft 365 Copilot seats, and Dataverse or premium-connector exercises need the matching premium licensing. We flag the prerequisites for your chosen course in the proposal.
Is the training remote or onsite?
Live online by default, like the rest of our catalog. Onsite delivery can be discussed for larger cohorts in the enquiry.
Which course should a new team start with?
The free 2-hour Introduction to Citizen Development as a taster, then PL-900 as the whole-team foundation. Teams that already know what they will build can start directly in the 80-hour Power Automate course for their builders.
Can you train both our employees and our IT administrators?
Yes: MS-4004-based Copilot training for the broad employee base now, and the AB-900 administration path for IT staff as that course launches; ask about both in the same enquiry.
